This dress is cut to fit loosely with a gathered high-low above-the-knee skirt, with cap sleeves and a scoop neck featuring a keyhole button-loop closure at the back of the neck.
Sizes 2T-3T are running large. Sizes 12-16 are running small. Please check the size chart and fit model shots to choose the right size.
