The Story
This breathe bracelet was inspired by a practice from Thich Naht Hahn that we used at one of our team buildings. We walked around breathing in "yes, yes, yes" and exhaled "thank you, thank you, thank you." What happened as a result of this practice brought us to tears. You can read about it here.

Handmade with semi precious stones, Miyuki seed beads, and elastic.
Breathe bracelet comes on a card with a quote on the front, the practice on the back. Included on the back is a QR code to a blog that shares a story and more in depth detail about the practice.
